Sweet Rose Elixir

A heart-opening ritual in a cup.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Sweet Rose Blend

  • 8 oz hot plant-based milk

    • Add 1tbsp coconut oil / ghee extra froth

Instructions:

  1. Blend until smooth and frothy.

  2. Pour into your favorite mug, set an intention, and enjoy mindfully.

 


 

Cacao Overnight Chia Oats

A nourishing, make-ahead breakfast packed with fiber and superfoods.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp Holy Cacao

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2.5 cups plant-based milk

  • Optional: Chopped nuts, dates, fresh fruit

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Stir and top with fresh fruit or nuts before serving.

 


 

Dirty Cacao Latte

A creamy, energizing latte with a superfood boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot espresso

  • 6 oz plant-based milk

  • 2 tbsp Holy Cacao

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients (warm or cold) until creamy and frothy.

  2. Pour into a mug and enjoy.

 


 

Banana Cacao Smoothie

A rich, nourishing smoothie for energy and balance.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large frozen banana (or ½ frozen avocado for a low-sugar option)

  • 2 tbsp nut butter

  • 2 tbsp Holy Cacao

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup plant-based milk

  • ½ cup ice

Instructions:

  1. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and savor every sip.

 


 

Best Gluten-Free Cacao Chip Cookies

Chewy, rich, and deeply chocolatey.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 oz high-quality cream cheese (vegan option ok)

  • ¾ cup melted unsalted butter (vegan option ok)

  • 1 ½ cups coconut sugar

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 2 cups Hooly Cacao (unsweetened)

Instructions:

  1. In one bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.

  2. In another bowl, cream together melted butter, cream cheese, and coconut sugar.

  3. Stir in egg yolks and vanilla extract.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.

  5. Fold in Hooly Cacao.

  6. Refrigerate the dough for at least 4 hours.

  7. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  8. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes.

  9. Let cool and enjoy!
